防疫措施
COVID-19 Prevention Measures
（一）配合中央疫情指揮中心防疫措施，請保持社交距離，室內1.5公尺、室外1公尺，無法維持社交距離時，請與會者自備口罩並全程配戴。
（二）將於入口處實施量體溫，會場備有酒精噴霧，供與會者手部消毒使用。
（三）院外人士敬請配合填妥「健康關懷表」。
（四）本院學術活動中心自3月16日起不接收疾管局公告「自主健康管理」等級以上人士住宿，並請誠實告知14日內旅遊史。

1. Maintain social distancing. Keep 1.5 meters apart indoors and 1 meter apart outdoors. Wear face masks at all times if social distancing cannot be maintained.
2. We will conduct temperature check and alcohol spray at the entrance. All participants are required to prepare their own masks and wear them during the event. Hand sanitizing facilities will be provided at the venue.
3. All visitors are required to complete a Health Declaration Form.
4.The Academia Sinica Activity Center remains unavailable to people under the CECC Measures for Following Up on Persons at Risk of Infection, including those in Self-Health Management, Home Quarantine, and Home (Self) Isolation.

Notice of Rescheduling
隨著武漢肺炎疫情持續擴大、全球確診案例不斷攀升，大會秘書處依據中央流行疫情指揮中心「COVID-19（武漢肺炎）因應指引：公眾集會」，審慎評估後，決議將原訂於6月11-12日（週四、五）之「2020年台灣的東南亞區域研究年度研討會」，改期至2020年11月23-24日（週一、二）舉辦，地點仍在中央研究院學術活動中心。
疫情當前，與會者的健康安全是秘書處的首要考量。感謝您的支持與諒解，我們將持續關注疫情的發展，因各項調整異動造成不便，敬請包涵見諒。如有任何異動，以本網站公告為準。相關重要日期時程

After careful consideration and comprehensive evaluation of currently available information related to the COVID-19 outbreak, the Secretariat has made the difficult decision to postpone the 2020 Annual Conference on Taiwan’s Southeast Asian Studies, from June 11-12 to November 23-24, 2020, which will be held at the same venue, Academia Sinica, Taipei.
We regret any inconvenience caused by this unexpected change, and very much appreciate the great effort you put into this event and your kind understanding of this difficult situation.
